The queen is the the rolls royce of our tiny home range sleeping up to 10 people. It is 54m2 of liveable space. 42m2 on the ground floor and a loft space of 12m2. At the height of 4.8m, it combines two bedrooms, a large living area, a kitchen and bathroom, as well as an outdoor deck area.

materials

The queen Tiny Home is made with lightweight steel framing insulated with wool and clad with colour bond steel. All our materials are durable, long-lasting, and specified by architects and engineers. All tiny homes come with the option to choose styles and colours you love.

structure

The queen Tiny Home trailer is built with galvanised, heavy-duty chassis steel. Importantly a long based trailer should always have heavyweight axels to support the weight. The queen is 9m long with two 2.5m connecting trailers which is perfect for a granny flat. Any tiny home can be transport with the right truck provided it has been built correctly. The approximate weight is around 8 tonnes without furniture and fittings.

approval

Notably, if a tiny home is RMS registered as a trailer, you won't need council approval. Providing you meet the RMS requirements, no development application approval are required to put your tiny home on your property.

costs

Please contact a tiny home team assistant with your specifications. You can, of course, customise the design appliances and layout at an adjustment cost, depending on what you'd like. We can also deliver it to your chosen location at $3 per km, depending on land access. There is a $300 minimum cost regarding concrete slab tie-downs and stabilisation. Our Tiny Home Team will assist you in any costing and preparation needed for the delivery of your tiny home.
